Mainnet - Withdrawing assets from an expired bond

Upon the maturity of a bond, investors can redeem their bonds for their face value. For instance, if you possess 1.02 bonds, you can withdraw $102 upon redemption.

  1. Verify Maturity Date: Confirm that the bond has reached its maturity date, typically the last Friday of the month. For example, a bond maturing in September 2024 will mature on the last Friday of the month, September 27, 2024, at 8 AM GMT

  2. Connect Your Wallet: Link the wallet that holds your bonds to the platform where you manage your investments

  3. Navigate to My Positions: Locate and click on "My Position" to view the bonds you have invested in. The status of expired bonds will be indicated as "EXPIRED" under the APY section

  1. Select the Bond to Redeem: Choose the bond you wish to redeem. A new window will appear; click on "Proceed to Redeem" to initiate the redemption process

  1. Enter Redemption Amount: Specify the amount of the bond you wish to withdraw. If your bond is fractional, such as 1.02 bonds, you can withdraw up to the face value of those bonds (e.g., $102 for 1.02 bonds at a face value of $100 each)

  1. Confirm and Withdraw: Review the transaction details in your wallet. Confirm and select "Withdraw" to proceed

  2. Transaction Confirmation: After successfully withdrawing, you will receive a confirmation screen in your wallet indicating the transaction's completion
